Home Remedies for Insomnia :

Curd: Curd is very useful in insomnia. The patient should take plenty of curd and massage it on the head. This will induce sleep.

Honey is a very effective for Insomnia. Two spoonful of Honey should be taken with a cup of water at bed time.
